AVOID THIS SALON!!! Went to this salon yesterday, Saturday 21/04, and they ruined my hair. I went in to get my hair dyed to a lighter colour to cover the greys and also to blend them with a lighter blonde colour so that they do not show up so bad when the new greys come through. I was told it could be done and that it would take 3 hours. However, I was in the salon for approximately 5 hours, experienced a lot of pain throughout the dying/bleaching process (which I advised the hairdresser Jabeel of on more than one occasion) and I was expected to leave with the yellow/orange hair as shown in the picture. I then explained that I was not happy to pay £100 for the pain and awful end result. Jabeel said she would try to rectify this by adding a different colour, which did save me from having to walk around with yellow/orange hair. I agreed to pay £60, which I now regret as my scalp was burnt, as shown in the pictures, and I had to go to the hospital this morning. I have been prescribed an

Went to get my make done and the lady was very chatty and friendly. I explained to her what I wanted done and the colours I wanted her to work with. As she started I felt that she was really rushing. Half way through she asked me to look at the mirror and I looked like a clown! My heart dropped as soon as I looked at myself! Her make up skills were nothing compared to the pictures she claims to have done on the website. The eyeshadow looked like a 5 year old had painted on my eyes, the foundation was horrible and completely caked on. They should not be charging £40 for that service.
