Indulgence

Very disappointed... i decided to get a facial done here as I was in the area and it wasnt cheap but I i didnt mind treating myself . I was expecting more relaxing surroundings and nice queit rooms . All the facials I have had done in the years have always been in relaxing dimly lit quiet rooms with candles and music. .

There was no opportunity to relax as you can hear trains going past and the rooms shudder every few mins and then you can hear all the customers and noise directly outside the room as the beauty salon is not very big. The lights were on full blast and not dimly lit and the room was cold! .

Very disappointing and poor value for money

I've been visiting indulgence for a number of years and you would assume a salon would appreciate a client who is a regular. Everytime I visit I tend to have eyebrow threading and shellac. On this occasion I visited the person at the desk wasso abrupt in telling me there was no one available and I should not just walk in. Despite the fact I had been told by the person weeks ago that it was not necessary for an appoinment. I decided to go grab a few things and comeback, after returning I ended up having to wait over 20 mins and then they had the cheek to ask me to pay an extra charge

Went here to get shellac done. Ended up waiting over 40 mins after my appointment was booked for, only stayed because it was urgent. The nail technician was very pleasant, however the actual work done on my nails was extremely poor, I had to get her to redo some nails and even when I left I was very unsatisfied with the work. There needs to be much better management of appointments as someone else who had an appointment was actually turned away which is just ridiculous. Definitely won't be going back here unfortunately.

My sister and I went in to have our nails done. I chose shellacs and after the first few coats into the process i was unhappy with them and asked to remove and apply extensions.. I felt I was being a little fussy if not, difficult.. The technician handled the situation well and did I was requested. Must say I will definitely go back.
The service was good.

when i first entered the ladies seem very reluctant to do my eyebrows but this could of been because i came a bit late , the lady decided to give me some advice about them and i thought because she was a professional i would listen but once i had gotten home i realized she had hardly done anything and they looked the same , normally they are quite good but this time it really wasn't up to expectations i don't see myself going here again

I went to Indulgence to get my nails done for an infill. The service is nice, being offered cups of tea / coffee or water with nice relaxing background music. However, the actual work on my nails were horrific. I had a five o'clock appointment and left 3 hrs after at 8pm. Not only did the nail technician, not know how to use the acrylic, she didn't know how to professionally paint the nails, my 13 year old has done better. Don't waste your time, energy or money.

Had eye lash extenstions and they done a good job ladies try it trust me you will walk out happy like I did. Karen
