Really was the worst hairdressing experience I've had. Pretentious, unfriendly staff. You could just about accept their attitude if they were skilled, but they are not.
Do yourself a favour. Avoid. I was swayed by their reviews, and decided to give them a chance. Big mistake. Not sure how they get 9s.......

Woohoo! Lovely place, I couldn't find a review part for their Covent Garden branch, but was in the area on Saturday and dropped in the off chance of a cut, they were a little bit quiet which really suprises me as the place looks wonderful and my blow dry was the best I have had in London since moving here 6 months ago. I think I have found my regular spot, I just hope they don't go getting mega busy and I can't just drop in!

Charlotte and Craig are my saviours!
After a disaster of a cut and colour at another salon I visited Jones & Payne for them to save my hair! And save my hair is exactly what they did, infact I am more happy with it than ever.
I will never trust anyone else with my hair from now on. They won best hair salon London in 2013 and I can see why!

A massive thanks to Jack who cut my hair last Sunday. Definitely the best hairdresser I have tried so far in London! The salon is lovely too, real nice decor and lovely people working the reception etc. I'll definitely be back!

A visit to Jones & Payne has become my favourite part of the month. Definitely the best hair salon in London I have ever tried and quite possibly my favourite place in London! Claire colours my hair and I have tried a few people for cut and they have all been great. Champagne bellinis, chocolate brownies and great hair I leave the salon feeling a million dollars every time!

I live pretty much above these guys so decided to give it a whirl. Glad I did as had a great little time. A great cut and 3 beers later (It was Friday evening) and I was all set for my night out. Good times.........

They didn't work with my hair and give me something I can manage easily, just seemed to give me what they knew how to do and what they thought I should have. Annoyed that despite quite a long conversation about what I needed, didn't feel listened to. It looked nice when I stepped out of there, but just didn't look like me and didn't suit my lifestyle.
