I have never been made to feel so unwelcome in an establishment before. I have now given this place 3 chances and each time it gets worse. When you walk in the staff glare at you until you initiate conversation. When I made a booking she spoke to me in one word sentences and when she was finished she simply walked away. When I came back for my appointment I was 10 mins early and she was disgusted and was aggressively told I would have to wait 10 mins. Instead of leaving feeling confident and happy I snuck out with my head hanging low.
