They cut my hair 6 inches shorter than i wanted as i only asked for a trim and they then tried to say it was only 3.5 inches off when even still that isn’t a trim. They then went onto burn my grandmothers head with the hair colour after also having to re-bleach they hair as they couldn’t get the right colour which was a simple blonde colour with highlights. Would NEVER return to this salon and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. The costumer service was also appalling and they did not show any remorse when I voiced my dissatisfaction.

Appalling customer service. Unfriendly, unwelcoming and uncommunicative. Felt like they wanted me in and out as fast as they could manage. Wouldn't let me pay with card as had 'taken too many card payments today'. Did not even look up when I shouted goodbye! Will not be returning.
