Thank you Ruth my hair It looks fantastic, I am so pleased that you recommended I should have my hair highlighted everyone thinks I look 10 years younger, you guided me through the process with such ease that I felt safe in your hands and the end results after I had my hair cut into a bob, well I am over the moon.
Thank you once again, a first timer at Rush but not the last
Kind regards
Betty
Run down salon with high end prices sums up this salon. The place looked like it could do with some major TLC: paintwork/walls/floor. The sink were I was sat to get my hair washed was uncomfortable and the ONLY toilet was right opposite a staff room and an office, so waiting for the toilet was uncomfortable and I could hear, who I assume to be the manager in his office moaning to a staff member and could see into a rather dirty staffroom. This place could be great as stylist/reception staff were nice but the state of the salon doesn't justify the price you pay. Please improve.
Have just had my hair done by Tina and am so happy!
From start to finish my experience at the salon was great.
I was greeted by a really friendly and professional man on the reception and offered refreshments and hair magazines.
Tina, my stylist, then went through a really thorough consultation and made some good suggestions for my hair type and lifestyle and I felt she really 'listened'.
My shampoo was heavenly and throughout my time at the salon I noticed how nice and friendly the atmosphere was and will definitely be going back!
I may even try out the Beauty department next.

Had a brazillian blowdry at Rush and it didn't work. I have had 2 before so I knew exactly what to expect. My hair stayed frizzy and I had to continue using straightners. When they applied the product my hair was still dry because they don't use enough, yet they still charge £200 for it. Please use another hairdresser if you get a brazillian blowdry, Rush will just waste your time and money.
(PS: I have had another brazillian blowdry since and my hair is perfectly smooth and straight, so I know its not my hair)
