A laser hair removal veteran, I don't get permanent results but the hairs fall out after each session with hair reduction for some time. Not with this clinic! Not a single hair fell out. Used very low frequencies despite my asking them to increase it as this has been effective previously. Then they insisted on using the diode laser which research shows is less effective/more dangerous for my skin type: burned my skin with zero hair reduction so they returned to low frequencies on the YAG laser.

I hoped they would provide additional treatment/partial refund for their trial & error antics but they refused to take any responsibility.

They quote “there are no guarantees that laser will work” - valid if I were new at this, however I have since returned to a clinic where I am again currently receiving treatment that actually works!

Save your money and don't bother with this clinic – a course of 6 has the first session as a patch test and so you only get 5 ses

I have just been for a wax at Kensington skin care - I can't begin to explain how fantastic this was!!! I have had many waxes in the past but never have I experienced one so pain free!! I kept telling the lovely lovely lady doing the wax how amazed I was that it was so pain free!!

She was completely fantastic too, really knew her stuff I just wish I had caught her name!!

I had the green wax - 100% no pain!!!

I've never felt so strongly about writing a good review but this experience was just brilliant!!

100% recommend this place!! I will be back in a few weeks without a doubt!

I have visted this salon for manicure and pedicure last week. The lady named Kristina provided absolutely amazing service. She was friendly and very professional. I have bougth it as a groupon deal and I think it was one of the best services I have ever had.
If you want someone to take care about your feet and hand nail, you will enjoy every single minute.

I went for a facial and back massage. The spa is nice and in a great location. It is a bit noisy but the treatments are done downstairs making it a bit separate.

I was underwhelmed by the facial, I felt like I could have applied a mask at home. Although they did use the 'electric stick' that closes pores, which is a plus.

Another girl came to do the back massage and it was a 10/10. She was excellent and I would absolutely return for that.

It is a joy to sit in the beautiful salon of Andrew Cowap, who is a kind and gentle man. He also gives an EXCELLENT cut.
