Lovely staff, very happy with my nails guy was really lovely. Also had my eyebrows and eyelashes done, also happy with both. Will definitely come again.

I went into the shop to get my nails done and the lady doing my nails was rude and on the phone through most of it, I didn't get a choice about my nail colour and the treatment was painful. My hand was cut in the process. I wanted a normal colour and the lady said I have to have Gel as she wanted to get home so I spent more money then I intended on my nails. My nails are falling off and I got them done on 14th it is now the 15th. My nails are wonky and go to the side so it looks awful. I would NOT recommend the staff are rude and not welcoming in the slightest and the end result is awful.

I was very disappointed with the end result of my Hollywood wax. The manager lady that waxed my sensitive bits didn't remove all the hair and worst of all if I hadn't looked down she would have left me to go home with wax down there!!!!! As in literally my lips were sticking together! I was absolutely horrified! I asked for all the wax to be cleaned off. She handed me what looked Like soft oily paper to clean myself! I told her that there were still a few strands of hair I could see and she did nothing about it and pretended not to understand me. To top it up I had to go home and finish the job off with hair removal cream the next day.!!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST WAX EXPERIENCE too bad it had to be a horror story!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy, their work is extremely poor and low quality! It's not worth the hideous pain when u still have to perfect it yourself! Or go to another wax salon to finish off where they left!
