First, they tried to get me to pay £25 extra on top of what I already paid,
(I bought a voucher for £35 for highlights and cut), I understand that at times the salons charges £10 if you hair is pass the shoulder area. However they wanted to charge me £25, (my hair is only couple of inches pass my shoulder, its not even that long).

On top of that they wanted for me to pay for the products they use on my hair, (the toner for my highlights) in the amount of £45, this is absolutely outrages! So in fact I'm paying in total over £100, its a total scam! You can go to Toni and Guy and pay this or any high-street salon.
