Sejour

Best salon i have ever been to, it is not clinical like some big salons where you feel like you are on a conveyor belt. The staff are attentive, professional and extremely friendly. As for the results of my hair, i love it. I got inspiration from the lady on the front desk who has beautiful hair, so i had her colourist Simone who did this crazy technique that i have never seen before called Shatush, love love love. Love this salon, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so nice and warm. And my hair has never looked so good.

Great location, good offers on groupon if you can get into use them,

I went to Sejour on a Groupon Voucher and i was a bit sceptical considering some of the reveiws i have read. However, for those of you who are thinking twice about going because of these reviews, think again. I had the best colour and cut ever, and i have been to a lot of salons Richard Ward, Paul Edmonds, Haris to name a few and none of them came close to the great service and relaxing atmosphere, not to mention great colour and cut that i got when i went to Sejour. And that was me being a Groupon customer. So to all of you people who have clearly nothing better to do with your time than to complain when, lets face it, you are getting a fantastic deal, GET A GRIP!!, Even my manicure lasted longer than most manicures i have had. The staff couldnt do enough for me and were very pleasant.
Anyone who is considering going their, i say GO GO GO. I say, thanks to all at Sejour and you will all be seeing me again.

After visiting their website to check that they also cater for afro hair and being told over the telephone by the owner that there wouldn't be any problem in catering for my needs, I made an appointment. This turned out to be a complete MISTAKE and lie as my Oriental hair stylist confessed he had no idea what to do!!! The owner was in the room the whole time and gave him a few tips whilst never looking my way or even apologising for his stylist's lack of experience. I felt embarrassed, that I'd put the salon out and had to comb my own hair after lots of pulling and tugging. This was an absolute nightmare for any paying customer to experience, first being lied to then totally ignored. Anybody with afro Caribbean hair need to STAY AWAY from these amateurs, or you'll end up being their little school experiment. They need to REMOVE from their website their claim to cater for afro hair, total LIE. Not once did the owner attempt to rectify the situation by either addressing me directly or finding a more suitable stylist. I will NEVER visit Sejour again as they need don't realise that money only has one colour and if they're not happy accepting mine PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE!!!

Fab salon, great experience all round, couldn't agree more with the other review. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The head massage and Shiastu massage chairs were an experience in their own. My colourist gave me the colour that i have wanted for the longest time, but no other salon could achieve and the haircut was brill. Thank you guys. x L
