My previous review was meant to have 10 stars and not five!!!! They are deserved.

I have returned to the new Balham branch of Michelle Louise three times since the opening, and the reason for this is exactly as written by the first reviewer above. The individual attention that you get with Michelle Louise is exemplary. After years of attending large soulless chain salons, they are a breath of fresh air. The manager at Balham is so helpful and professional and runs a first class salon. I have loved my hair since going there, and have sent two friends along, who were also pleased with their results. Michelle remains at the Wandsworth salon, and although I missed her wonderful individual attention that she is famed for, I found the staff at Balham to be very well informed, highly helpful and attentive in every way. For me, supporting small enterprise is a must, especially if we are to retain our High Street individuality, and keep the corporate chains from taking over totally. Well worth going to, especially with opening offers, which are a real bonus.
