I was looking forward to trying a new hair salon. I've used the same one for a long time, but my usual lady was on maternity so I took the opportunity to try somewhere new.
Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The hair wash was not comfortable at all, quite painful in fact - very rough. There wasn't much professionalism to speak of and the person cutting my hair was talking to other members of the staff, getting irritated when we she realised the assistant had gone out to get lunches. The cut was average at best and I was rushed out the door.

I'd seen the Organic salon in Crouch End so decided to give it a try. Thia gave me excellent advice about what was possible with my hair and gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time.
Would definitely recommend!

I went into the salon in person (with my hair down) to ask how much they charge for highlights, and was told by the manageress it was £65 - so I booked an appointment. On the day the service was fine, and I was really pleased with my colour at the end. But when I went to pay, I was told it was £98. Part of this was unexpected extra for a toner, but I was also told that my highlights were actually £75 because my hair is long (it was just a root touch-up?!). When I disputed they corrected the price to £90, still much more than I was expecting to pay. Frustrating.

I came across this salon 10 years ago & so glad I walked in.was welcomed by a lovely Irish receptionist & had my hair coloured & cut by a highly skilled stylist named Jorna who was so thorough & attentive..such a lovely & relaxing experience.all staff are very friendly..I highly recommend to anyone

Booked an appointment with Ellie at this salon after my previous salon (Elysian Fields) closed, based on the earlier reviews. Not the fanciest salon in Crouch End but by far the best haircut I've had in years. Will definitely be booking again. Very happy to recommend.

I just chanced upon Organic as I was walking into Crouch End and decided to give it a go. Ellie was very attentive to my requests and discussed what I wanted to make sure it was right. She gave me a beautiful asymmetric cut that my hair lies so naturally in I usually don't need to style it at all. There is a lovely atmousphere in there too and the other stylists also seem attentive and friendly.

I would defitiely recommend a visit.

After a devastating hair disaster with my previous private hair colourist I needed to find a new local salon to salvage and restore what I was left with. Although there were no reviews online about the Organic Hair Company, a friend had once had a good experience there so I took a chance. The whole experience was wonderful, The atmosphere of friendly attentive happy staff, fantastic products and not to mention great cappuccino.
Haiki the owner has such a lovely humour and was attentive and watchful over all his customers and staff.. in the nicest way. I watched the results of the other customers and was really impressed. But most of all Ellie did the loveliest colouring to my hair I've ever had, after a deep treatment and a trim I felt I could love my hair again!
Everyone has their own taste but I can't recommend this salon enough .. I can't understand why the web isn't splattered with compliments about them.
