This was my first weave with closure and I'm so disappointed that I wasted so much time and money. I'm going to have to get my hair redone immediately. The girl who did my install couldn't get the front of my closure to lay flat at the edge and as a result it keeps rolling up. When I pointed it out to her she said at least you can't see my cane rows. The hairstyle is also cone shaped which looks weird & when I look in the mirror I want to cry. My session was 8 hours long because this girl kept taking long breaks & was distracted by conversation w/ other people. At least everyone was nice?

I came to this salon to get my vixen sew in, which turned out amazing, but I felt that they lady who was doing my vixen was negative throughout the whole process. Which made me uncomfortable, even to go on to say "if I had a girl I would never spend this much money on her" - suggesting I was spoilt? - which is not her business. Throughout the process checking her phone and flinging the weave on me to hold. Telling me "I was making her back ache".The other girls were very nice and maybe if I got one of them my experience would of been better. Overall Costumer service was the main issue.

Hi, Just wanted to say that the services were radiant themselves! The staff were so friendly and polite and as well as this, the stylists Jamela and Tracy offered my advice on what haircut I should get to suit the shape of my face and it worked so well after! In addition to this, they offered me support on how I should keep my hair in a healthy condition and fully explained what their products are made of and how to use it.

Hi went to Radiant hair as it's near my house, and not too expensive. I wanted my hair shampood and straightened
+: The hostesses were really nice, offered me a drink, and I had to wait only 5 minutes before they start my shampoo. I loved the result, and my hair was all shiny and straight
-: It took me 2 or 3 hours in total to be done! I waited 20 mins between the shampoo and the hair drying and almost one hour before having my hair straightened.
Good result, but maybe dedicate a hair dresser for each client, so that they don't waste their time

I visited Radiant salon in Bermondsey after a very long time (11years), the salon had been revamped and looked clean and nice. I liked that I could request a booking online, I did so late on Thursday night and received a call in the morning to confirm.

When I arrived there after work, I was well received by Chanel and Sam who took my coat and offered a drink; it was downhill from then onwards! Well, after Sam the beautician applied the base to my scalp (which I must say he did without any trauma to my hair or scalp). Prior to that, the head stylist, Tracy had greeted me in a half sulk and asked me to take a seat, I was not offered a gown but had a towel thrown over me and proceeded to manhandle my hair by tugging and combing forcefully and when I winced, she offered a comb to me to comb my hair myself, I should have left at that point but didn't because I wanted my hair relaxed! I had to request for a gown, it should be standard practice surely!!
Tracy then parted my hair, applied the relaxer and combed with such aggression. When he washed my hair, I had a face bath too, outrageous!

I had my hair roller set by the junior stylist named Pauline, she did not reposition the plastic pins that held the rollers in front and I was left with marks on my forehead. When the rollers were taken out, Tracy then proceeded to blow my hair out with a sort of Afro comb attached to the hair dryer and applied some oil to my hair; I was mortified! I'd never known anything like it! She didn't really care whether I was pleased or not. Tracy may have had 18 years hairdressing experience but I doubt she went to a hairdressing school, I can style my hair much better than she did!

I will not be going back there nor will I recommend Radiant salon to anyone!

At first I was a little bit weary about visiting this salon as I hadn't heard about it before. I saw the new website and I decided to give it a try. First of all I was impressed with the fact that I could book my appointment online, it made my life much easier. As soon as I walked into the salon the receptionist greeted me with my name, I immediately felt welcomed. I didn't have to wait long until I was seen by Senior StylistTracy who took my jacket and had me seated. Before she began my treatment, she asked me what I wanted and how I liked my hair handled. She was very attentive and this made me feel like I was in safe hands. I was very happy with the end result, my hair is pretty thin so it's hard to get Volume and bounce. Tracy managed to layer it up and this made my hair look fuller. She also recommended some 'home maintenance' products which I was unable to buy during my appointment but I will definitely buy at my next appointment. The staff were lovely and I recommend this Salon to everyone, I was certainly impressed and I will certainly be back. I hope this review helps. :)

I had a booking for hair and manicure/pedicure. When I got there I was told that the stylist was not in that day so I would not be able to have my hair done and would have to come back - no one had bothered to telephone me or text me to tell me before. I went back the next day and had a stylist who did not listen to me and she did not know how to cut properly. I came out with a terrible hair cut and I would never go back or recommend this salon to anyone.

I have bought a groupon voucher for a hair makeover indluding cut, colour and finish. this also includes a manicure and pedicure. I have treid calling the Salon constantly for the past week and I either get an engaged ring tone or after hours there is no one to answer the call.

My frustration is that this is not a good way to advertise a salon.Do I need to come in personally to make an appointment?

I have only been to Radiant for a couple of times now but I has to be one of the most amazing salons I have ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and my services so far have all been top notch! The manager Chanel is young and freshing, she always finds the time to get to know her clients. The stylist Tracy and Jamela are both experts in what they do, I always leave with not a hair out of place, and the beauty ladies are also friendly, I had a Dermalogica facial a few weeks back and the advice and product recommendations were very helpful. The only bad point about this salon is that I have to leave and wait for my next visit. This is one I definitely had to recommend.

The staff in radiant hair salon are polite and friendly. It's normally busy so don't leave it to late as you could be waiting a long time.
