I'd booked a massage for both me and my friend, but after walking in and seeing the hazard tape holding floor tiles together and a hole on the sofa, I was already feeling put off. We made it down stairs where we were let into a small room that was clearly painted and decorated by a child!!! The wax pot looked like it had never been cleaned, the bed had no hole for our heads, so how anyone can perform a good massage on it, I don't know. Then when she started to use olive oil as a massage oil I was feeling like there was no way we was going to have the facial!!!! She rubbed my friends back for 10minuets tops then left the room. The sheet on the bed has never been washed, the towls put down were stained and the blanket she put over my friend looked about 20years old. I am so disappointed that no effort has been made by the manager to even make it look a little bit more nicer for paying customers. Needless to say we're not going back

i found my experience rather disapointing,as i had to wait for quite a while .and the cut was very basic ,plus the blowdry dropped out as soon as i walked down the road .the prices where so cheap,but i do think that its worth spending a little extra

The only best thing about this salon is vicky the hairdresser she is brilliant! But the salon needs to be redecorated.... Poor cleaning in the beauty area! Manger is rude and not good English.
