Very rude and unprofessional staff. Didn't have a good experience with them. Untrained staff does eyebrows who shouldn't be doing that if they don't know how to do it.

I am a regular here & I am always happy with the service.
The manger is amazing & so are all the staff.
Very skillful ladies.

I recommend this establishment to all my friends & family.

The staff are not welcoming at all so moody and no organisation in the salon whatsoever. The staff are incredibly rude and juat doesnt make a customer want to return i have no idea how they are still in buisness they should he shut down!!!

Very bad. Completely disappointed. I told the lady if she could make my eyebrows think she took more than half of it if , I’m so hurt. She couldn’t even care less.

Mumta did a brilliant job on my hair, cutting and blow-drying. My hair had become long and straggly with lockdown, and she cut and styled it beautifully, all at a reasonable price! Thank you, Mumta! ?

I had my hair cut today and eyebrows threaded. The stylist is a well trained college graduate as you would expect. She listened to me as I was after a specific 40s look and took photos to demonstrate.. she constantly kept me informed what she was going to do and gave me just what I was after. The eyebrow threading was a last minute impulse..but no problem.. done in less than 5 minutes.

This is a no frills chandelier and scented candles free zone.. but they are experienced and efficient... in and out.. job done.

I chose this beauty salon to do my make up for my best friends wedding. the beautician that catered to my needs i must say tried her very best to meet my criteria as i am a very particular individual, however i had eyelash extensions done and my make up done. firstly my eyelash extension once done looked amazing as they were individual lashes but unfortunatly i think on one of them she put too much glue and it caused alot of discomfort for my eye which made my right eye very red but due to it looking so nice i had to stop myself from doing something about the lashes however once i did get home i had to pull them out coz of the pain, which was soo painfull but overall the makeup looked great with the lashes and the beautician spent a considerable amount of time on me!and this cost me £45 in total 20 for eye lash extension and 25 for make up!!
