Just had my eyebrows done. Have a busy day ahead so I just popped in. Receptionist asked to sit in the chair, nobody bother to greet or ask exactly what I'm after. Women started to thread my eyebrows and then stopped and asked if I'm actually doing threading, after confirming that she continued.. very rough, not much paying attention.. after that some other women came to do tinting, same thing not paying too much attention quickly did the tint and just left, not confirming how long should we keep the tint ,nothing.. disappeared. After me starting to check if the clock receptionist went and called someone ,came back and mentioned that other women can do it, they were talking in their own language, and the the receptionist just started to take off my tint.. no bother to wash hands, any hygiene is not considered... Felt really embarrassing,upset and disgusted. I'm paying £10for 5min of their job and they don't even bother to provide any basic customer service and basic hygiene..

I have been a client @ anjus for many years. recommended by my sister, I have many beauticians near me, however I prefer the friendly professional treatment that I receive every time @anju's. yes they are busy and try and fit as many walk-in clients as possible, but this only shows how good the experienced beauticians are. if you don't like waiting, here's a tip... book an appointment. I have been to other places but the waxing, hygiene and staff were not as near as good nor had the same level standard of what I receive @anju's.

It was my first time in Anju's although my friend suggested for me not to go - I agree with her, think Anju's need to hire more staff as the wait is ridiculous even on a Monday! Also they do not go according to first come first serve which is frustrating. I also suggest they at least make it worth the wait by providing better service. Although i won't be coming this is for their future customers.

I have been going to Beauty at Anjus for years. However, as the business has been expanding they seem to forget they also need more staff! 40 minutes waiting time to get my eyebrows done on three occasions is ridiculous! They seriously need to sort this out and believe me I was not the only one who was waiting for that long. I tell you there were a lot of unhappy faces.

Definitely would not recommend their waxing. My younger sister (who was 14 at the time) had her legs waxed and her cries and complaints were ignored as the girl continuously used the same strip on her legs (which if you don't know is very painful and very unhygenic) . Her legs were left sore and bruised for 2 days. Very little care and acknowledgment was given at the time. We have complained and are still waiting to see some form of outcome to this.

I myself went for eyebrows and they are good however, it's very dependent on who you ask.

I have been a client for many years, i try new places but always end up going back to anjus! they are relaxed yet professional and i feel welcomed as a customer.

I have been visiting beauty @Anju's for a few years for threading. The prices are very reasonable and they do a very good, quick and relatively pain free job. I enjoy my experience as it is like stepping into a busily Delhi parlour along with all the laughter and music. The ladies chat and have fun while they work, it making the threading more bearable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a little more closure\ privacy at the threading area, the ladies who work there certainly don't stare while you have your threading but the customers waiting on the other hand have a good look. I love going anjus... I feel comfortable and welcome there. They always bring me coffee when i am getting my hair done:) i recommend everyone

I had my waxing done and they left me with hair still on my legs and i had paid £18 for this, they dont seem to care for customers either, waxing was horrible and i would not recommend and they were trying to "get the job done and over with", i would suggest they improve their work and be more customer oriented

had a really good experience at eye threading, facials and indian head massage. the ladies are very nice but not very talkative.

The service at reception is not welcoming nor friendly. the beauticians are nice but it wud be better if we were greeted and to recieve a friendly response when we enquire about something. I was ignored and other customers were sent before me until I went and asked and the worst part was I didn't get an decent apology!!! Need to polish up on customer service skills!

Excellent service and at just £2.50 for eyebrow threading, there's hardly a reason not to go!!

I always go to Anju's for threading and waxing when I can pluck up the courage (no pun intended!) They charge £2.50 for eyebrow threading which is a bargain in comparison to other department stores who charge around £12-14 a go. You are never waiting for too long as they always have a few girls on stand by and I am in and out in an instant. Willl not go anywhere else unless I am absolutely desperate.

I went to Anjus's afetr a friend recommended them to me and I have not been to another salon since. I have had many treatments done there including threading on a regular basis. The beauticians are friendly and skilled and i always walk away feeling pleased with the results. Thank you to all the ladies at Anju's!!!

I was recommended Anjus by own beauty therapist as she wasnt skilled to "thread". Although its not the most beautiful salon I have been, it certainly is the best place for threading around! Since coming to Anjus, my eyebrows have never looked so good. The cost is amazing, the therapists are charming and I can pop in whenever I want. I have recommended Anjus to several of my friends all have been as pleased as I am. I will never go anywhere else for threading again - thanks to all the ladies at Anjus ;0)

I would highly recommend anyone to anju's (oops sorry guys only ladies yea)!!Service is excellent...so many skilled assistant's to do threading,waxing,bleaching,haircuts,facials,and even henna(temp tatoo).Whenever I'm in london on Business I come here to pamper myself...Really fun in an inexpensive way!!
