Firstly, out of about 15 Personal Advisors or employees that work at this specific JC, only 5 are outstanding and are a real asset to the company. Specifically Steve who i think is the floor manager. If he was not there, the place would be almost useless to the public looking for work. There is no need for a security guard full time, this intimidates people already having a hard time. Instead, have an interpreter for the rising ammount of non speaking people or people that dont understand all of our vocabulary to fully understand how everything works.
