Went before last year and service was fine but honestly went this year and the service was HORRIBLE . Rubbish nails that are such bad quality . Two nails have broke from doing my nails two days ago. Never coming back

I got shellac here and didn’t wait too long, about 10 mins. They were friendly and did a good job. The nail technician filed the shape just how I like it. Would recommend :-)

The shop manager was rude and my nails were terrible after. I was waiting for 40 minuets and was treated with no respect the workers and manager need to learn some customer service as i was extremely dissatisfied with my treatment and service i will not be returning and i will definitely not recommend.

The nail technician was very rude, rough and spoke little English.
Communication was impossible as he kept speaking in Chinese to the other technician totally ignoring me and when I managed to get his attention, he shouted at me.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service an overall result, it is a waste of my money and time as I now need to go elsewhere to undo the damage done to my nails.
Will not recommend this salon to anyone who wants value for their money.
No apology from the front staff neither, the worst experience in my 10 years of wearing acrylics.

Manicure was fine,but nail technician a bit rude and she didn't speak much English,very hard to understand what I asked for.
Pedicure was so-so...I asked her to file my nails square...she cut them so short it took a few weeks for them to grow back!!! And don't get me started on their shape...you would have said my niece had been playing around with the nailclippers on my feet...not happy
She did give my feet a good scrub &massage and she was very nice and smiley :)
