Express Nails

I've been going to Express nail salon once a month for the last seven years now. The salon has a really nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff are always friendly, considerate, and welcoming even when they are busy. They also offer very competitive prices. A special recommendation for Maya, I never feel rushed, she is really friendly but professional at the same time, and always efficient. I’m always happy with her work. This has become my go-to salon and I’m happy to recommend it to anyone.

I have been going there for over a year, been regular client and normally I’m happy with the result. However, yesterday was really disappointed with my nails, felt like she was rushing just to get it done quickly and didn’t file them down very well, even though I told her I like them very flat. Paid £40 which is a rip-off. Unfortunately will have to find new salon to get my nails done.

Mya at Express Nails Lewisham is amazing!! I had ombré acrylics full set and a shellac pedicure. She did an amazing job and her customer service is 5 stars. She was very attentive and made sure I was happy with the shape and polish application. Definitely would recommend

Love express nails - staff are lovely and friendly - all really talented and great service. Have been getting my nails done here since I moved back South East and so happy every time. Since lockdown the salon feels really safe and lots of new colours which is great as that was my only thing I wished were more and now there is!

Customer service isn't bad but the way in which they operate is rubbish. I had a pedicure done and the water was cold, the women didn't scrub down my feet properly or remove my cuticles. Then I got gel nails with white tips and was wasn't too bad but i got charged an extra £6 pound just for having white tips which is ridiculous. I wish she would have told me it was extra before asking me what kid of tip I wanted. Call me picky but I like getting what I pay for and I'll never be going back there again unless they miraculously change how they work and the treatment they give to their custome

this my first time have my nails done at this shop . i felt really comfortable and relax, staff was nice and friendly.where i have my nails done in the past cheaper but it doesnt look nice and nails fall off the next few days. i realise that you pay for what you get.
i would recomend my friends.

Customer Services in this salon is seriously lacking. Staff is rude and aggressive. I have been doing my nails for 15 years and never experiences such poor service. I would not recommend this salon.
