Nail Art

I chose to have a mani pedi on natural nails. The lady who took me on did not say one word to me all except to blame the varnish. She started with my fingers. After she finished filing and shaping my nails, I had to tell her which nails to shorten to make them the same length. She applied nail oil before the polish which I knew would lift the colour. No French Manicure option for natural nails so I went with a shimmer white. The painting was poor. The cuticle area was all over the place. I actually had to show her how uneven it was and how you could see the brush stroke, she blamed the colour I chose. The massage was weak and lastested 1 min per hand. She went on and applied a third coat for me which was still uneven and not professional. 1/10
Pedicure, again I had to show her how the little toenails needed shortening. Massage 2 mins per foot. Only 2 coats on myvtoes, which is normal I know, but a totally different finish from my fingers. I won't be coming here again. No personal touch, we the customers are in and out like a machine. You would have thought, having a new customer, they would at least try.
