Elegant Nails

I love going to this salon. They are very friendly and take time to do my pedicure. I have been to many places but not as good as this salon. They are family business so it is more personal touch. I never go to anywhere else

Just wanted to enquire about my experience, I have had an acrylic infill and Ive asked for some glitter on the tips over the colour I had put on. It probably took 10 seconds and the tips were rushed and they're not even done in an equal line . As I was about to pay £15 the lady said I had design and that it is £20 , I was planning to leave a tip regardless but this is ridiculous.
I was not getting done french tips done , the man rushed and in 10 seconds applied the glitter quickly on the tips which were not even all done equally , honest rip off this was no design and the lady who took the payment was quite rude , I work locally and thought the nail salon would be perfect for my visits , I would not return again or recommend to anyone. I have a photo of my nails if you'll like to see the "design" I got charged £5 , complete joke.

I never leave a review for anything but had to for this.

They used paint for fake nails on my real nails without informing me. The paint came off in a day and when trying to resolve it by going back in store I was offered the same paint, or I had to pay more for a different colour.

Very rude service - when explaining the problem, the guy rolled his eyes and walked away.

You cannot beat this salon for a cheap manicure. It's a bit downtrodden but they do a great job. I don't know why anyone would care that they speak to each other in their native tongue.

Highly recommend,thorough, do a great job and cheap! If you're looking for luxury this isn't the place for you,they concentrate on getting the job done to a high standard & efficiently. Best pedi I've had,get rid of hard skin instead of softening it.

Having used Elegant Nails, I would agree with the comment from the other anonymous user that they do a fantastic job.
The other comment from the anonymous user, however, that they speak to each other in their own language is a little innapropriate!! Their native language is not English and thus should be respected.

At elegant nails, they do a superb job, exactly how i want them to look, neat, tidy, and they take their time for it to be perfection. Customer service wise, they speak their own language amongst themselves which i find a bit irritating and rude. But apart from that, i'll go there again for beautiful nails.
