I have visited the "Relaxation Oasis" in Shepherds Bush over the last few years when in the area.

I have always found the management staff helpful and the masseuses polite and pleasant, one of whom had knowledge about hand tendon problems.

I visited the "Relaxation Oasis" a fortnight ago. When I arrived, the 3 therapists were all busy but I got some shopping nearby including some herbal tea and the manager kindly brewed me a cup of tea whilst I waited and we chatted. This was my third visit in the last 18 months or so. The same therapist was there as last time and I asked for her as she is a bit of a joint expert and eased my sore shoulder. As I had waited for her, the appointment went beyond the usual 10pm and the manager and staff lady were both very patient and waited for the extra hour in good humour. I enjoyed my visit

I would definitely NOT recommend. I went there today around 8pm and ask for massage. Girl at the reception ( very poor English) wasn't very polite and then she told me to come back at 9pm. When I came back at 9pm that girl was sitting with the other guy and drinking beers, bottles on the table. Looked surprise I came and didn't look happy I disturb them. There was awful smell of alcohol at the reception. She just got up and say 'no no come back tomorrow' we are busy.
Seriously? Such an attitude! And why did she tell me to come back!? Don't go there! The worst customer service ever
