The worst customer service on earth - don't go there!! If you are planning to buy anything (massages or other) please read the T&Cs very well. Products & Services are sold assuring you there is a 7-days refund policy but what no one tell you is that irrespective of the refund policy, there is a cancellation charge of 15%. So when you book several hundreds pounds of treatment and cancel, the administrative fee for processing cancellation is worth several hundred pounds!!! Not only are they charging an unreasonable amount for cancellation but on top of that it takes weeks to get even get the re
