Grays is the best place to visit if you want something completely original. The specialist shops have extremely knowledgable dealers that can give you advice and help you find something to suit your budget. I recently bought an engagement ring from one of them and knowing nothing about buying antique jewellery was pleasantly surprised with the advice they offered. I ended up buying a costume jewellery ring and then went back with my fiance to choose the real ring together. This I was told was the best way to not make a huge mistake that could end up causing a lot of grief! It worked!!
