I bought things from CAMDEN store, never again, bad service, very unhelpful manager, pity to lose customers rather than changing the items . All they interested in is your money. Stay away

I bought so many fabric materials from this shop and I spent so many money there because of the quality of materials and the unique stuff in that shop and must say that staff of that place is very helpful and they guide me properly. Also this shop have all the things regarding craft and hybedashery things for creativity and for artists it's best shop ever. I recommend this shop to all go there and enjoy your shopping.

Don't go there, or if you do check the prices and what they are charged at the till. Had an extra "item" on the bill...

Although this place has a lot of items, the staff are clueless when it comes to what things do what. Numerous times I’ve asked if they have something and they have no idea what I’m talking about, also every time I go I’m followed around like I’m going to steal something. I’ve been going into the shop since I was 16 I’m 24 now if I was to steal something I would have already, just go to Jackson’s opposite the mosque they will even do returns unlike this store.

Personally I believe the shop is an absolute delight. Filled with incredible supplies and a vast range of materials. However, a lot of the time I have noticed that the female staff are told to unload shipments/ deliveries which although we are in the 21st century this is unacceptable. The men stand around almost as though they are commanding their slaves around all day. C’mon, seriously? They are told to take things off of high shelves too ... Need I go on? This must change. The two men present at the shop most days do absolutely nothing. This is really upsetting as I adore the shop but overall I am human and so there must be something done about this.

As previously mentioned in another comment, the staff in this shop are rude and incompetent. After checking by phone (and in person the previous day) if supplies I urgently needed were in stock, when I turned up the next day to collect them they didn’t have them. And they didn’t care at all.

There are much better, much more reliable craft stores out there. I cannot stress how unhelpful and rude the staff are here. They don’t have any interest or knowledge in craft at all.

I love this shop! Go there all the time for yarn, fimo, clay and fabric. Really good selection of stuff. For yarn supplies, check the shop after the next as well, not necessarily same stock...

A fantastic, incredibly well-stocked and well-priced shop, with knowledgeable helpful staff. I've found lots of reasonably specialist things here, e.g. ribbing for t-shirt cuffs and necklines that I struggled to find elsewhere (other than online). Also very good value for money. Highly recommended.

A good stock of craft supplies, but staff, where they speak English, have little or no knowledge of the brands or products they stock, and are unfriendly to the point of being rude whenever I visit. But they do have a lot of yarn and other craft supplies, so I keep going back.
