Ordered headphones a year ago via hifi confidential on amazon. Unfortunately the right side stopped working a month ago. Was still under 2 year warranty but was apprehensive as to whether it could happen as some companies just aren't bothered to sort it out. But this company was excellent at sorting this out for me - prompt emails and reassurances. Got new replacements within 2 weeks. This was during the Christmas and new year period. So I was pleasantly surprised. Great genuine company that wants the best for their customers. Highly recommend. Jane
