Bought a Cd player from Sevenoaks Sound and Vision which unfortunately developed a fault. Their after sales service was excellent. Arranged for repair and were fast , efficient and courteous. The player had to be returned for repair and l was kept informed regularly of progress. Player now back and 100% satisfied with the service l received.

Bad service, happy to take your money but not help if you have any problems later.
