Royal Bank of Scotland have been in Notting Hill for many years but, due to what seems to be a very high turnover of staff, it is rare to speak to the same person twice. Go in at lunch time - their busiest time - and everyone seems to be on their lunch break. Service is generally rather offhand. Perhaps if their staff remained with the branch for longer, they might seem more invested in making it work better.

I disagree with the other review. I use this branch regularly and have always found the staff helpful, courteous and well-informed. My only grumble is that sometimes they seem a little understaffed.
