Today a young lady employee was very sympathetic and professional in helping me out with an attempted scam.Because I have profound hearing loss the telephone is almost useless to me and I had to find someone to help me.She fitted the bill perfectly.I thank her very much,only sorry I didn't get her name or position but she and her manager should know how grateful I am.
