Their customer service is really terrible you will book an appointment for a set time and get there to see them starting another person's hair. You have to spend at 9 good hours in braids and their break is really annoying and stupid and touching things before they touch your hair is bad. They will charge you extra even though you have agreed on a price and not tell you until you finished your hair they will take multiple breaks in an hour and eat on top of your hair and while I was doing my hair they told me to stand up while they do another person hair I personally would not recommend them to my worst enemy and if you have natural hair don’t even bother going here they will insult your hair in another language and the end result was not that good and they will complain about having to do your hair even though you booked an appointment with them.
