Disappointing response to a problem. We had a number of faulty or incorrect products delivered . One was a Duravit toilet which arrived chipped and not checked by Duravit or the shop. It had to be fitted due to lockdown . Revive Bathrooms replaced the toilet but neither Duravit or Revive Bathrooms would pay to remove the chipped toilet and refit the undamaged one. We therefore had to pay the plumber twice for this which was clearly not right. We did not check the product on arrival within the 48 hours so be warned!
