British Bathroom Centre

Had both our bathrooms installed by them. I can only count the list of problems:-
1) one of the units was delivered with a crack in it - we got this exchanged
2) both toilets' seats broke after 6 months and we had to purchase new ones
3) after 2 years, one of the Corian basin has a crack on the bowl so waste water is leaking through

NOT IMPRESSED especially for the amount of money they charge.

After sale service poor.

Good prices, but only half my order showed up. had to chase them for weeks to get the rest. awful customer service. Expect to never receive any replies or returned phone calls.

I had my bathroom completed 15 years ago by the BBC, and recently I had them redesign it again. I was amazed at how quickly they came up with my design and how much this updated from the previous design. I was very impressed, as I was 15 years ago.

Great work on the installation of 2 high quality bathrooms - very happy. But awful after sales service - hard to get them to respond and send out an engineer.
I do not think they are interested in service after the installation. We are quite frustrated.
