This is the worst shop ever shop ever thay had me waiting for over 4 days for some panels at 1st they brought the wrong ones I went to them to show them how to libel the products and No phone calls no acknowledgements when i call them they are blaming their suppliers this is the workshop ever ..

i have been using watermarks for 7 years.
they are an integral part of my bathroom installing company.
they are helpful, apprachable and offer the best prices around.
their products are far superior to the likes of wickes and b&q
and most products are in stock or only a days wait away,
they can supply cheap and nasty if thats your taste, or top end superior quality, products to suit all wallets
deliveries can take time but a busy shop negociating busy east london roads, this is exected. if time is an issue, collect and check your order in store prior to the day the builders come.

In short - do not use this shop! We used them and have regretted it ever since. You are better off going to the big DIY shops as these guys don't have a clue! See the failures below:
1) We never ever got any goods delivered on time, leaving our builders waiting around frustrated and bored. Don't fall for lies of "we are on our way" - they will not come.
2) Almost all goods supplied were faulty in one shape or form.
3) Following faulty goods, you would expect to get a refund, right? Wrong! If some product needs returning they will not give your money back, even though the goods have been returned.
4) I suspect they also do not give new products, instead put old parts in the supplied boxes, e.g. shower parts were old and some were even missing.
5) They have no concept of customer service and after-sales service - once you have parted with your money, they will not bother to answer your calls and in fact be very rude.
We were recommended this shop by a builder, who has since regretted doing this and now does not pass on customers to this shop. Their prices are not that competitive anyway, so you are better off going to B&Q and Wickes! You have been warned.
