Went to the Mac store in James st Covent Garden today. Had an amazing makeup lesson. The Artist name is Elizabeth, and she was fantastic! Very easy to talk to, and answered all of question, without me feeling rushed. To be honest all of the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I booked in Covent Garden, as I'm fed up of the staff in Westfield Stratford. If you want excellent device and advise and helpful tips, book into this store! Thanks again Elizabeth got an enjoyable morning.

I recently visited your Covent Garden store the service I received was exceptional I was made to feel at ease as I feel I am out of my comfort zone when I am purchasing make up products I am feeling older and need a little more advice but was such a good experience and felt I came away with exactly what I was looking for and would definitely visit the store again and would just like to say a big thank you to Maria what a lovely genuine lady she is a big asset to your covent garden store Thank you Maria

Store wasn't too busy but I was totally ignored by staff. Eventually stopped one and asked for the type of brush I needed. She pointed to where they were and walked away. No other help offered. I normally look forward to shopping in Mac but not in this store. The most helpful person was at the till. The staff in this store need to be a little more customer friendly and certainly more approachable.

I went to purchase a powder foundation today at MAC Covent Garden. The store was not too busy since it was around 2pm. I always love MAC stores and purchase MAC cosmetics there rather than from cheaper online retailers purely for customer services, which usually is excellent. However, today it was dreadful The girl (pink hair & pink eyebrows) just shoved me the foundation, did not even offer for me to try it on my face. Then when I asked if I could do so, she just gave me a sponge and told me to do it myself... Whereas, normally MAC staff always consults their customers, does their makeup etc

Just visited the new MAC store on James St Covent Garden. Store wasn't even busy and I was ignored by all the staff members. They were either too preoccupied checking their own makeup or on the phone. Very disappointed, was very keen to buy but needed help.

Visited the covent garden MAC store. Had such a pleasant experience, the time and patience my artist, Victoria took with me was something I had never experienced in a MAC store. All the artists had a positive energy about them, I did not feel like a burden which I have done in other stores. Very impressed.

Unlike the other reviewer, I've always had good service here (4 or more visits). Advice has always been very helpful. I do try to go during working hours however, as it does get very busy.

I love Mac make up it does the job very well, the only let down is the staff at the covent garden store. Out of the many times i've been in there i've come across two members of staff who have wanted to help me or seem remotely interested and still then you can tell they start to get bored and bec
