I wrongly bought a small bottle of hair conditioner product from this shop,
did not realise it was a shampoo it was the same brand in a close looking look a like bottle. Tried to exchange it for a moisturizer which I was wanted happy to pay the difference,. Only to be told NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS with a smile!
