I’ve had a pleasant experience. Lady who works there approached me and ask if she can help!? Also, I've been unable to choose the hair colour by myself and again lady helped me with the choice.
In overall great customer service!

Terrible customer service! Too scared to ask a question In case They’d be too rude to answer your question. You’d walk in to a very cold and dead atmosphere instead of being friendly and welcoming! I hope the owner gets the message with so many bad reviews and train his staff properly.

The manger is rude and obnoxious. Do not go there! All I did was enquire about a product and he came confrontational and doubted my knowledge of products. Don’t go there!!!

I went to buy nail supplies twice already. Prices are a bit high but decent choices (OPI and China Glaze in regular polish, a few Gelaze and Gellac in soak off). However, their colour displays for soak offs are terrible. Colours have faded and most of the time if you see a colour on the display they won't have it in stock. And if you see a bottle and want to have an idea of how it looks like, it's for the most part not in the colour display. Very annoying.
Good if you ran out of something and don't have time to order online, they have most basic products, just more expensive.
Staff doesn't seem to care much, at least that was my experience each time I went.

I would recommend as the shop has really good range of proffesional hair colours, but the lady behind the desk who works there for at least 6 months, surrounded by all the hair products, cannot tell a single thing about the product she is selling. NOTHING literally. I know far more than her just from reading a few posts online. Also all the staff (usually 3 ladies) seem to be on their phones every time I visited which was about 3-4 times now. Place is dirty and to be honest, looks like either nobody gives a single damn about it, or does not like clean work environment that much.

this is truly an awful place to avoid at all cost. the manager is so rude and the place is dirty. we booked massage treatments online, turned up and the lady said it is cancelled because another person is off sick and she didnt have time to contact us, we took time off work and travelled far. this is ridiculous customer service. she said there was free parking when in fact you had to pay and then she wouldnt offer us another appt until her colleague returned back to work. we said we would get a refund and she said it is not her problem.

Terrible customer service!! No consideration for their customers. Staff should be reminded what good customer service is.

Brillant hairdressers that I travel from Slough to visit! Fantastic and friendly service at reasonable prices. Go there or be square!
