This is not a nice place to go to. If your colour is not what you expected as a final result and you say a word you are not happy, you will end up been kicked out! I had two more customers sitting next to me moaning about the colour, the owner had to mend all of them. If you dare and complain this is not what you expected.. you will be refused service next time if not being kicked out on the same day.. they don’t like customers complaining, the owner said to me she kicks out those who complain. This is the sort of customer service you get. Avoid going there if your hair is valuable to you alongside with your dignity.

Very rude staff, unskilled, unprofessional and dirty salon. Spend your money wisely elsewhere where the stylists will understand your needs otherwise you will end up correcting their bad job and will cost you three times more!

This team of hairdressers are mean and moody. Why does my hair dressing experience depend on a bunch of women who hardly open their mouths.
Always hassling for more treatments and procedures when you have just gone in for hair.
For beauty never the same person twice.
Don't use this hairdresser it will be fine a couple of times then shoddy service.

Venus please get your act together. I have despaired of you as my hairdressers. I asked for highlights and you just tinted my hair from the roots with a horrible copper colour. You want to do this procedure again another £50 then you can do highlights the next time! I consulted another stylist who frankly said my hair was a total mess. Never again!
