Lanna Spa

I went to this spa based on recommendation and have to say that I was so disappointed. Two girls at the reception desk were not attentive enough, they sat there the entire time either playing games on their phone or checking and reapplying their make up which I felt was inappropriate. The massage room was not a comfortable temperature and there was an odd smell in the air. The girl who massaged me was not very professional, she seemed to be lost in thought day dreaming, I wasn't comfortable at all and tried to convey this as politely as I could but it was like talking to a brick wall. I definitely will not be returning. Shame as they do have nice facilities just a pity about the self conceited staff.

Brilliant! We went as a couple and although we both asked for the same thing, they carefully tailored the massages individually, so ended both feeling fantastic, but having slightly different massages! They were really intuitive, and we felt uber relaxed afterwards. A month later and my shoulder pain hasn't returned!

I have used Lanna Spa several times, and think they are great. What works for me is their hours! Amazingly they are open late every night which is perfect if you are working, have children, or are just too busy during the day to think about yourself. They're always polite.

A fantastic find - great massgaes at very competitive prices. They are open long hours so it is always easy to book a last minute massage on short notice after work and on the weekends.

Opening times sam until 11pm however they did not open the door when I called after 9pm. They seemed too busy puting up Christmas decoration lights,
