Have clean towels
Have members of staff who are not talking through an ear piece all the time
Have a variety of colours that are not watered down, that are fresh, not old
Have professional /experienced nail technicians

I wish I would have read pervious reviews
I wish I would have taken notice of the shabby looking establishment, should I have then I would have not gone in. As they do not seem to care about the look of their business, they would not seem to care about the quality of ur nails avoid at all cost

Terrible service, it looked like she was in a hurry to leave when she was doing my nails, she just did it half way leaving the sides undone. I did the shellac which should stay for at leat 2-3 weeks and in a couple of days started coming off. £25 wasn't worth it for the quality of the job. And when I was leaving saying thank you, she didn't even replyed.
The girls should be more fiendly and do their job properly as we customers are paying for it, and it's not cheap at all!

I have my nails usually done by Eva and I have to say she is by far the best I have ever had! My toe nails last for approx 4 weeks and when done anywhere else they only ever last up to two weeks. I am also quite particular about neatness. And she does it perfectly! They have also helped me out with a finger nail quick fix repair once which was done with the gel stuff and UV light and only charged £2 per nail and saved my night out. Can't fault them at all, it's the opposite. I love them and will be back tomorrow if Eva is available! Xxx

Lady who did my pedicure left my feet under UV lamp (which I had never used before) to dry the polish. After 45 minutes I went to the back of the shop to find her (because my toes were starting to burn) to be told she had gone home! Also, when I have arrived on time for a pre booked appointment, they have just kept saying "5 minutes", "5 minutes" over and over until after 30 minutes I walked out. One staff member told me that this is a tactic they use for walk in customers so that they can pack in more customers, even if the wait time will be 45 minutes. Would rate it zero but can't!
