Nara Health And Beauty Clinic

I've been going to Nara's since I've been in London and I love it. I am not one of her more consistent clients (2 young kids) but I have always felt so welcome and so well taken care of there. I have never had a bad experience there. Today I had a facial with Nara herself and I can't tell how wonderful it was. She's amazing and what an inspiring business woman. It's fantastic!

I made an appointment for a facial I brought from groupon. On the day there was a car accident in my route so I called 45mims before my appointment time to inform them I would not be able to make it. I called twice no answer so I left a voicemail later on that day I got a phone call from the salon. The lady said you have an appointment and your not here I said I had called twice and left a voicemail. I asked to rebook the facial she said no you didn't give us 24hour notice. I explained that there was a car accident and I couldn't get there in time. She still refused I then called groupon to get a refund groupon asked me to contact the salon and get an email confirmation that I did not attend the appointment. After 3 days of phone calls to the salon I finally got to speak to the manger! She told me NO I will not send you an email confirming that you did not attend. ( because she know groupon will refund me)So now I am forced to contact groupon again! Bad place don't go!

A Brazilian wax can be an embarrassing treatment but at Nara they were highly professional, so that was fast, not painful and excellent results. Great customer service, made me feel at ease. Good value too.
