Lagoon

I love to visit Lagoon. The staff are friendly & professional & shape my nails beautifully. The manicures/ pedicures are lovely pampering, look fantastic & last really well. Very pleased to have been able to visit them again after lockdown.

Excellent salon for waxing.
I've been to Lagoon numerous times over the last 3 years and the standard of waxing, regardless of which therapist you have, has always been top class.

Terrible manicure, nails were filed back and forth instead of cut, which split the tips of my nails, they were left with rough ends and a rough surface from where the previous shellac had been removed. Nails were left with uneven lengths, and rough ends which have snagged on my clothes. I wasn't offered a drink at all and my complaints to management fell on deaf ears. For the amount of money I paid, it was awful. Atmosphere was a dissappoinment too, staff do not seem happy. I would not recommend or go back. Better places in Wimbledon that cost less.

I've had shellac nails done several times by Lagoon and each time all I have received are compliments! The manicure takes around 50 minutes to do and the staff are very professional. It lasts around 2 weeks which is perfect for me. Fantastic value for money and everyone is asking where I got them done.
