I'm genuinely not the kind of person to complain unnecessarily but I think people should know just how bad this place is.
I was walking past and popped in to get my eyebrows tidied up and the result terrible!
My eyebrows are now uneven in length, thickness and shape. I have straggly bits all over the place. I naturally have long thick eyebrows and she even managed to leave gaps at the ends making the whole thing look a disaster.
When I said I was unhappy she didn't apologise but instead asked me to leave!
The woman was rude and unprofessional - don't go here!!

I used to go to this salon regularly however, the lady who does the waxing has left, and the person who has replaced her is awful. I just had a hollywood - which I have on a regular basis and I was butchered. I have never had such a painful experience.. and they normally give me no problems. It took double the time necessary, and I was burnt by the wax as it was far too hot. I had to keep telling her. The skin was ripped raw and I went home to find loads of patches. I am in so much pain I cannot believe I even paid. Terrible and the woman should not be allowed to practice on people.

Terribly very disappointed, experience!
I have done my waxing here before being very happy with it , unfortunately last week I went and there was not any longer the same aesthetician. I had Hollywood done, which ended in an injured (torn skin) and very sore skin as well in my under arm.
The manager was utterly unprofessional, objecting that the lady has a title but needs practice (injuring us? you can be next!), and was bad luck.
I had never experienced this kind of bad luck on my 20 years having “ Hollywood” done.

This has been my regular waxing place since I first went a couple of years ago. They do a fantastic job for a cheap price. Threading my eyebrows, upper lip, underarm wax and hollywood for less than 30 quid. I am on my way now.
