Very good customer service and really polite and helpful, done a great job on waxing and threading my brows which i love will go back again

This is by far the worst 'beauty' experience I've ever had. I never write reviews but I feel so strongly about this experience, that I feel it's my duty to. I came and got my eyebrows threaded. The woman was rushing so much, trying to get rid of the queue, that she took out FAR too much hair from the start of one eyebrow. I stopped her and said 'what have you done? You've taken off too much!'. She literally started shouting at me at the top of her voice saying that my eyebrows 'were already like that'. This lead to me actually crying in front of everyone. I felt so annoyed and humilia

Been to appearances a few times and the lady who owns it is always polite and does a good job.
Today I went and there was a new girl, while she was threading she was rushing it and pulling like 3 hairs at a time! When she finished she had taken half my eyebrow at the front, there is a big gap! I told her i wasnt happy and she said i was crazy and it was already there! All she needed to do was apologise! she was making me out to be mad in front of customers. Disgusting customer service, eyebrows are ruined. Never going there again

Although it's not the poshest of salons the service here is excellent. I've never waited more than a couple of minutes and they do a very good job at a very reasonable price compared to other salons nearby.
