I went for nails on 28/01/2024. I can't even explain what the guy that barely speak non understand English did for my nails, was better off with the old acrylic I took there.
My major concern right now;is they don't wash non sterilise the equipment they use for foot wash. I notice what they used for me they used for the lady after me.Abviously what the use for the lady before me they used for me as I was distracted. Right now I got some red very itchy things on my left leg.

I just had eyebrows done yesterday I got hole in one of eyebrows I will not recommend at all . She taken £5 in advance

I wanted to get rid of the 1 heart. Please do not go to this store. I went into this store to get my eyebrows threaded and my nails done for two final interviews with hiring managers for two different jobs. long story short the beautician told me to tint my eyebrows. I told her I had never done this before, she assured me it would be fine. I had a reaction to the chemical. When I went back to the store, they said it was something I had done to myself at home. when I asked for the manager they said "no manager". I asked for the owner, they said "no owner". I was in a lot of pain and livid. They did not do any patch tests didn't ask if I had sensitive skin and couldn't go to any of my interviews. Stay away from this shop. PLEASE.

I would give 0 star if I could. The man who did my nails was absusive and passive aggressive towards me, when I asked him to be less rough with my nails because it was hurting he rolled his eyes and told me to stop being rude. He then got the file and aggressively sawed them till they where bleeding. I couldn’t believe it what was happening and I shouted at him to stop. He laughed, I was reduced to tears. My nails have never looked so bad and no refund. Appauling that somewhere like this hasn’t been shut down yet.

Not recommended!
Went here to do SNS nails, which I had on for 25 days done elsewhere, mine nails growned up quite a bit. I had no cracks or chips. They charge £5 to take off and £25 for new coat. They did use genuine SNS powder and base but not the final coat which felt very soft and started pilling off after just 3 days. On day 5 I had a crack on couple of nails and just week on rest if nails started wearing off! It should last minimum 14 days!
Money collected upfront, no receipt given. Very cold welcome, the guy who did the job hardly spoke English. Been sent there from sister place on Powis Street after I have waisted there more than 40 min waiting and been told that they don’t have powder!
Avoid both places unless you have money to waste! Super annoyed.

I went there for eyebrows waxing many times and it was Ok. Today, I went back for eyebrow waxing as usual and there was a new lady who literally made a hole in my eyebrow and she did not even Apologized. The other lady that was working there just told me that there is nothing that they can do about it as the hair is already off; they did not try offer any compensation or apologies. They have a terrible customer’s service as it seems that they do not care about their customers. I am horrified of this place and I would not go back again.
