Absolutely disgusting customer service from this clinic. I would NOT recommend attending here. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The treatment rooms are grubby with dirty marks on the walls. Don’t pay for your service in full, as they do not refund future laser sessions already pre paid for. You are not given the same therapist for each session, even when you have specifically asked and booked with a certain therapist, they just give you whoever they have free. When I voiced my concerns the were not interested at all, and I was a complete bother and nuisance to them. Not client based at all, and not offering a personalised service. Find yourself another laser clinic.

I have now seen many terrible reviews for the Bromley London Clinic, I wish I had seen these before booking my treatments. All the same theme of bad customer service and rude and unhelpful staff.
