I have just gotten off the phone with a friend who is too nice to slate this hairdressers but I am not. This place doesn't understand the word customer service, all they are interested in getting you in the chair and your hair started so they can charge for something. The neglect the customers they have just to get someone else in the chair. Avoid this place and save your money. I wouldn't be surprised if it shut down soon, and not only because they drive customers away but because, they do not follow COVID rules and that place is 100% a fire risk.

Long story short they messed up her hair, so much so that she spent upwards of 15 minutes styling it herself to resemble the picture. She nicely asked for a discount, of £5 at least in which the person who did her hair said no, then the woman that worked there got involved shouting trying to intimidate and embarrass my friend, my friend just plainly asked her not to shout at her. My friend waited for a while hoping they would accept her request, but they didn't no longer wanting to deal with this situation she left the money on the counter and left only to have to woman got in her face asking where the money is, my friend told her and left.
