Lyza

I had a Botox treatment at Lyza salon for 3 areas 250£ only to find myself with an enormous bruise on my forehead for everyone to see and be horrified with what had happen to me. I do understand that there risks involved when injection Botox. However I was far from ending up with a massive greenish blueish, purplish right in the middle of my forehead I wanted to look good for my special evening with my husband at his golf club. Only I tried to avoid meeting people all evening as I was embarrassed and fed up trying to explain what had happen to me.
We went back to complain again at the salon with my friend only to be told that I clearly did not understand the risk involved and that we were aggressive toward the owner. That was a big lie as we were very clear that we were extremely concerned and very disappointed with the service and after service we had received at the hand of the owner of Lyza. PS: she was having her nails done whilst we were waiting for her. She kept saying two minutes when it was a good 10 before she could focus her attention on us. She didn't care to ask at the beginning why we were there for. we then were directed into a small treatment room where we stood in a very tight space when the salon was actually empty. the whole experience was despicable, absurd and the owner was absolutely rude vile and had the manners of a rude and stroppy teenager. I would not recommend the services of the woman nor her salon in a million year! if you want a botched job on your face, Lyza Winchmore Hill is the place. Shameful local business That I will stop supporting, as the owner is a disgrace!
