Very cheap which is good but very basic customer service skills from staff.

They are very unfriendly. They don't even warn you of the cold gel. They always speak in different language than English .. Great if your Turkish but not so great if your English. They always leave door open so people going to toilet see you on a bed. You can never book appointments in advance so once they got your money you struggling to get your treatments. There be no chit chat unless your Turkish and you be treated like a king or a queen of course!
