Brought my bike for a premium service....I now enjoy cycling again tganks to this great team...my bike is now as new again...highly recommend it.

Its a bit like going into the engine room of an ocean liner. constantly busy and humming. First visit: My bike was serviced on time. The next time I went to get a new seat, they ordered a new one(big B*m) and they called next day to say it was in. Fitted in flash AND said if it wasn't comfortable they would gladly replace. I am pleased to say big b*m is nice and comfy now!

I've used Bike Shack several times over the last 2-3 years and found the staff friendly and helpful. My partner recently bought a bike from them and found the same, as well as offering good value for money. Would definitely recommend it.

Against my better judgement I used these guys to have a chain, cassette and read brakes changed on my bike. Pretty cheap too - £82. However, I noticed after a few days that the new rear brake pads were incorrectly inserted - the pin was missing -very dangerous. And, 3 months later the chain has snapped 3 times! I have had to both fix and replace adding about £70 expense. Would not use again

I have used this shop since I got my bike 4 years ago.The service is quick,friendly and reasonably priced.The staff are also very approachable and not as intimidating as in some cycle stores
