Impressed London

I popped in there because I needed some help with a kids pedal and crankshaft. It was a quickie, but they dealt with it right away and declined to take any money for it. So much less bureaucratic than another bike store nearby where nothing happens without a two week wait and a lot of paperwork.

Very expensive when compared with other places nearby. But worse than that, was having to put up with one of the men who work there (the owner?) appearing to stare at my breasts as we discussed what sort of repairs my bicycle needed. And because they can't even bother to apologise, they pressured Yell to remove my review where I complained of this appalling behaviour of theirs.
I don't know what's worse: that Impressed London treats their female customers this way or that Yell supports the censorship of women's voices.

I bought a pair of ON Cloud stratus running shoes from Impressed London Bicycle shop Belsize Park recently for the running season coming up I already had the cloud flow but I wanted the long distance trainers these pair of running shoes are really smooth light-weight but also preform very good on long runs most of my runs are done on the streets and parks of London and the mechanical cushioning feel really comfortable without decreasing or absorbing energy they are my favourite pair of running shoes and I highly recommend them.

I had my bicycle serviced there. Staff were friendly and helpful. My bike rides like new.

I have always used this local shop for servicing and team is friendly and responsive. I have recently moved out of the area, but needed some major work on gears and chain and so made journey specifically to use this shop. Glen was great, fixed everything very quickly and at very high standard. And price was very reasonable. This shop is great. I’m no longer a local but will continue to use them whenever needed.
